We are excited to announce the hiring of Mary E. Britton Middle School's first assistant principals, Hayley Bromagen and Ro Koop, who will be joining our team to help establish and shape our school community.
Hayley Bromagen joins the Britton Bears with an impressive background in education and student support. Most recently, she served as the PGES coach and administrator for the pre-engineering program at Leestown Middle School. Hayley’s teaching experience spans math instruction at Beaumont Middle, McNabb Middle, and Bourbon County Middle Schools, along with her work as a math specialist and district assessment coordinator. Additionally, Hayley has coached both girls' basketball and softball, fostering teamwork and leadership among her students.

Prior to her work at the district level, Ro taught language arts and social studies at EJ Hayes Middle and Woodlawn Middle Schools. She is also the founder of Real Girls Stand Strong, a group she initiated to support at-risk students in Fayette and Kenton counties. Her passion for creating positive, inclusive learning environments will be an asset to our school community.
With Ro and Hayley's expertise and commitment, we are confident they will help build a thriving school culture for our students, staff, and families. Please join us in welcoming Ro and Hayley to the Mary E. Britton Middle School family!
