Baptist Health Medical Group Primary Care is making it easy to prepare for the upcoming sports season by offering $35 sports physicals right here at Mary E. Britton Middle School.

- 2185 Polo Club Blvd., Lexington, KY
Students will be evaluated by Baptist Health providers to ensure they’re ready to safely participate in school or recreational sports. A parent or legal guardian must be present during the exam.

Credit and debit cards are accepted. (No cash or checks, please.)
