BEARS

BEARS (Brothers Exhibiting Accountability and Respect) is designed to inspire young men to grow personally, develop strong leadership skills, and overcome social barriers. Through meaningful guidance and support, students will be encouraged to strive for excellence in all areas of life.

Participation is voluntary, but expectations will be high, especially when it comes to behavior, respect, and responsibility.

The program will focus on key areas such as respect, conflict resolution, character development, effective communication, social skills, and emotional intelligence. Through mentorship and real-life application, students will gain the tools they need to become confident, respectful, and well-rounded leaders in and out of school.
