Club details and information
The FFA program at Mary E. Britton Middle School empowers students to explore leadership, career readiness, and agricultural education through hands-on learning and real-world experiences. As a core component of agricultural science courses, FFA helps students develop skills in communication, teamwork, and responsibility while learning about food systems, animal science, plant science, and sustainable agriculture.
FFA members participate in leadership development activities, career exploration events, service projects, and competitive events that build confidence and practical skills. Through supervised agricultural experiences and involvement at the local, state, and national levels, students gain exposure to a wide range of careers connected to agriculture, science, and technology.
Open to students enrolled in agricultural education, FFA supports Britton’s commitment to preparing students for future pathways while fostering leadership, service, and pride in their work.
