News Team

The News Team Club at Mary E. Britton Middle School offers students an exciting opportunity to develop their communication, collaboration, and media production skills. As part of the team, students take on roles such as anchors, reporters, camera operators, editors, and producers to create engaging weekly news segments that keep our school community informed and connected. From covering school events and student achievements to sharing important announcements and creative stories, the club gives students real-world experience in journalism and broadcasting. Participating in the News Team helps build confidence, fosters teamwork, and gives students a voice in shaping the narrative of our school.
