STLP

The Student Technology Leadership Program (STLP) at Mary E. Britton Middle School empowers students to become innovative leaders through the meaningful use of technology. STLP members collaborate to solve real-world problems, create digital products, and develop skills in communication, creativity, teamwork, and critical thinking.

Through project-based learning, students explore areas such as coding, digital media, website design, robotics, and technology support, while also applying their skills to support our school and community. Members have opportunities to showcase their work at regional and state STLP events, gaining confidence and experience presenting their ideas to authentic audiences.

STLP is open to students who are curious, creative, and interested in using technology to make a positive impact—no prior experience required. At Britton, STLP helps students grow as problem solvers, collaborators, and leaders ready for the future.
